Photos are to be in JPG format only. The system dynamically places a watermark to prevent unauthorised copying and resizes every photo to the predetermined photo sizes that are also available for each photo. The only effort required by photographers is to upload their photos into the correct category. From experience photo sizes taken with a digital camera can range from approximately 1meg through to 6meg. All I would ask is that you only upload photos under 5meg. I would also strongly advise that photographers focus on quality and not quantity. Please email me to add a new category that you would like to use for the upload of your photos.

Hereunder is the first screen you are presented with when you log in as a photographer.

1. Batch Upload Photos - select the photos you want to upload from your pc and then click the upload button. I suggest that you only start with 5 at a time to get a feel for your upload times. Try to keep your photos under 5meg.

2. Import photos - once you have uploaded your photos the next step is to import your photos into the correct category. Make sure you select the right category from the main category drop down list box and click upload.

Once you have imported your photos the system will send me an email for me to approve your photos for public viewing.
